2.2 Advance Purchase Rates

Advance purchase rates require full pre-payment at the time of booking and have the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.

2.3 Package Rates

Special packages that include accommodations plus additional services (spa treatments, dining, activities) have the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival: No refund.

2.4 Group Bookings

Group bookings (5 or more rooms) are subject to specific cancellation policies outlined in the group contract. Generally, these include:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of any deposits paid.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation value.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation value.

  • Shortening stays: Subject to the cancellation policy for the nights being removed if the change is made within the cancellation period.
  • Extending stays: Subject to availability and may require a new reservation for the additional nights.
  • Room type changes: Subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

5. Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for the unused nights according to the following:

  • Notification at check-in: One night's room charge.
  • Notification after check-in: Full charge for the remaining nights.

Exceptions may be made in case of emergencies at the discretion of management.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances that prevent you from traveling or us from providing accommodation (such as natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule your stay without penalties or provide a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.

Written documentation may be required to verify force majeure circumstances.
